By Rev. Yareni Alvarado Jose and Jocelyn of Choctaw, Oklahoma had a lovely backyard wedding on a Sunday afternoon in July. It was a hot summer day as the bride and groom made their way down the aisle to say their “I Dos”. As the sun was beaming down on their guests, the clouds made a grand entrance and blocked the sun!
There was a huge sigh of relief and all in attendance were all smiles during the wedding ceremony. Jose and Jocelyn requested a personalized bilingual wedding ceremony rooted in love, tradition, and culture. Jose’s family is of Mexican heritage and Jocelyn’s is of Cuban heritage. Both families are looking forward to sharing their unique cultures and beliefs with one another. Best wishes to Jose and Jocelyn! Review from the mother of the bride: "Thank you for our daughter’s beautiful wedding ceremony. We absolutely loved it!"
