What do I need to get married? A wedding license, two witnesses, Rev. Yareni Alvarado (wedding officiant) and the happy couple.
What is the ceremony like? Every wedding is different. Some couples want a nice and simple wedding, while others want a traditional wedding ceremony. We work with the couple to create a ceremony to fit their personalities.
How early do you arrive for our wedding? Rev. Yareni Alvarado will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time. That way she is able to fill out your wedding license before the ceremony begins. As a courtesy to the couple punctuality is important.
Will you come to us or do you have a chapel? Rev. Yareni Alvarado will come to you and perform your ceremony at the location of your choice.
As a wedding officiant, what do you wear? Traditionally, I wear a black dress. Unless, the couple wants a costume themed wedding.
Do you perform same-sex ceremonies? YES! I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally and activist for Marriage Equality. Love is love and I am happy to perform ceremonies for all loving couples.
Is a deposit required to hold my date? Yes, a deposit is required to book your date. Deposits are non-refundable.
How do we pay? Payment is due prior to the beginning of the ceremony. We accept all major credit cards and cash only on the day of the wedding.
