By Rev. Yareni AlvaradoIsrael and Maria married at Kite Park in Nichols Hills, OK. The lovely couple were surrounded by family & friends that traveled from El Paso, Texas and Mexico to be part of their special day. Two large families became one as the newlyweds exchanged loving vows to one another.
For the most part of the day it rained in Oklahoma City! Even major highways were shut down due to high waters rising throughout the metro. The couple and I were debating if we should try for another day since the metro was soaked in rain. However, later that afternoon the skies cleared up and I was able to get them married. It is always a joy performing ceremonies for our country's active men and women serving in the military. Best wishes to Israel and Maria!

By Rev. Yareni AlvaradoDong and Josefina married at the Will Rogers Rose Garden in Oklahoma City, OK. Early in the morning, as birds were chirping and flowers bursting with color, the couple exchange heartfelt vows under a gazebo. The newlywed couple were full of smiles and laughter. Best wishes to Dong and Josefina! By Rev. Yareni AlvaradoMiguel and Maria of Oklahoma City married at the Flamingos Event Center located near NW 16th and Rockwell Avenue. After dating for five years the couple decided to get married. The couple wanted a traditional wedding ceremony that focused on their spirituality and love for one another. Those in attendance witnessed a heartfelt wedding ceremony with no dry eye insight! LOVE performing weddings for couple’s that radiate love! Best wishes to Miguel and Maria! By Rev. Yareni AlvaradoRicardo and Jenny married at Patsy’s Event Center in Oklahoma City, OK. The newlywed couple had a traditional Mexican wedding ceremony that focused on the arras and lazo ceremony. The newlyweds had a large gathering of family and friends that witnessed the lovely couple profess their love to one another with warm-hearted vows. Everyone in attendance could tell that they’re in love and committed to one another as they were united in marriage. Although, it was a traditional wedding ceremony, attendees had a great time poking fun at each other and many laughs were exchanged throughout the ceremony. One of my favorite ceremonies this wedding season! Best wishes to Ricardo and Jenny! By Rev. Yareni AlvaradoI married a Buddhist couple at the 21C Museum in Downtown Oklahoma City. On the day of their anniversary, the couple requested a small intimate wedding ceremony that was based on Buddhism. The wedding was held on top of the penthouse suite at the 21C Museum on midnight. The last-minute planning of their wedding ceremony created an experience of breathtaking skyscraper views of Oklahoma City. It was a perfect setting by a garden that was bursting with plants & flowers just as the couple wanted. Afterwards, the couple gave me a tour of the 2200 sq ft luxury penthouse that was decorated with contemporary furniture, art work from various local artists, cool colors, fresh flowers, and sweet invigorating aromatics that penetrated the room. I joined the couple for a toast with champagne and hors d'oeuvres to celebrate their nuptials. It was a one of a kind experience and my first time marrying a Buddhist couple. Congratulations to the newlyweds! *Couple would like to remain anonymous for privacy concerns. Review from the bride: "It was absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend Rev.
